Roman Dubczak

Roman Dubczak is responsible for leading Capital Markets growth related activities at CIBC. He is a member of the Capital Markets Executive Committee. Mr. Dubczak joined CIBC in 1992 and has worked in a variety of capital markets roles. He was previously responsible for CIBC’s Global Equities, Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Debt Origination franchises. Prior to joining CIBC, Mr. Dubczak had roles in corporate development, portfolio management and assurance.

Mr. Dubczak holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College) and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, as well as CA, CPA, CFA and ICD.D designations.

Mr. Dubczak is a board member and the past Chair of the St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, the CIBC Children’s Foundation, the Fraser Institute and past Chair of the Investment Industry Association of Canada.
